A new collection Sveta Dorosheva
The designer and picture book illustrator Sveta Dorosheva is well-known for works which are reminiscent of classic and medieval fairy tale styles. With more than 15,000 followers on Behance, she is one of the most famous freelance artists of our time. Her main style is a mix of classic and vintage. The native Ukrainian artist creates works using simple tools such as ink, decorative paint or pencils. We are pleased to be able to present some of her diverse art-works at Schablono.
Her work could be categorised as light line art, which is drawn with more expression and less detail. A silhouette, a dance or a fantasy world emerges. We have included an outstanding silhouette of Dorosheva in our online shop in the “ Collection Dorosheva ” category. The silhouette motif “ Teatime ” is reminiscent of a classic English tea house from the 16th century.

Other motifs by Dorosheva are reminiscent of the Art Deco style. This style is reflected in many design avenues: architecture, furniture, clothing and jewellery. In the foreground of the Art Deco style is classic beauty, as it was understood in the early days of modernism.
With the detailed and graphically abstract drawings, Dorosheva reproduced the elegance and sensuality of this style in a fantastic way. With every order, we execute these in accordance with the template, whereby we want to keep the filigree drawing in our templates. All motifs are also available as adhesive stencils.
Nude paintings are also part of the Art Deco style. In our “Collection Dorosheva” you will find three motifs:
Sveta Dorosheva also uses elements from foreign countries and cultures for her works of art. So you can find old oriental features in the motifs “Acelya” and “horoscope”. The picture “Acelya” is reminiscent of the Art Deco style. With regard to the choice of colours, you can, of course, use the original as a guide. However many colours, as well as glitter colours for highlights, can also be found in our shop.
